In this life I was born in a small village on the central east coast of Italy where I spent the first 19 years of my journey running after false illusions, first loves, first habits and troubles, in search of happiness, following the mundane routine and being in the matrix like most of us.
As a child, due to social and family circumstances, I suffered a lot and never had the opportunity to understand my emotions and communicate them, this prevented me from being clear and open to Life by creating an internal block that always made me feel second to others and unsecure by taking decision.
My self-esteem and confidence steadily decreased to the point of living in insecurity and shame for many years of my life and I experienced the state of depression since adolescence.
To break the pattern, I moved to London and lived there six wonderful years of my life thinking of overcoming depression by escaping reality with nightlife and frenzy. It was also fun but not the solution.
In May 2012, life took me to Berlin, going into the unknown with the only certainty of becoming a father and starting from scratch.
Then began the most challenging and transformative experience of my life.
I started facing my shadows and all that I was running away from.
The first three years were mainly a challenge with my internal world, which made me question my whole existence.
I had difficult family relationships and I was struggling with addictions and self-destructive dynamics again and the comfortable role of Victim led me to the deepest and most difficult depression of my life, as well as the last one.
In 2016 I made the choice to take fully the responsibility for the fulfilment of my life and I will consciously remain in a deep and constant process of healing and personal development.
Today I am engaged as operation manager in a small company at the beautiful Müggelsee in Berlin with the purpose to co-create a space for conscious event and activities for family.
I also invest part of time on coaching and mentoring, and last but not least I offer different programs for children based on my studies, experiences, values and Love.
